How the Spanish price is set
Spain and Portugal form the Iberian market (MIBEL), operated by OMIE. The daily auction sets a price for every quarter-hour of the next day.
For indexed contracts, the 2.0TD access tariff adds network tolls and system charges that depend on the time band: peak (P1), mid (P2) and off-peak (P3, nights and weekends).
